Who we are
Pioneer Transport (“we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at pioneertransport45@gmail.com or on +91 98315 96171.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number and email address.
- Booking details: pickup and delivery addresses, the names and numbers of the contacts at each end, a description of the goods, and dates.
- Business details, where you book for a business — such as its name and GSTIN — for invoicing.
- Payment records: the amount, date and reference of each payment. Card, UPI and bank credentials are entered on our payment partner's secure page and are never seen or stored by us.
- Messages and call records relating to your booking.
How we collect it
- Directly from you — through the forms on this website, and by phone, email or message.
- From the other people involved in a consignment — such as the consignee at the delivery address, where you have asked us to deal with them.
- From our payment partner, which tells us whether a payment succeeded and its transaction reference.
- Automatically, through the standard server logs our hosting provider keeps when you visit this website.
How we use it
- To prepare quotations, and to arrange, carry out and deliver your consignment.
- To contact you, and the people you name at pickup and delivery, about the booking.
- To issue invoices, receive payments and process refunds.
- To handle claims, complaints and enquiries.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Drivers, vehicle owners and transport partners carrying your consignment, to the extent they need it to complete pickup and delivery.
- Our payment partner, to process payments and refunds.
- Professional advisers, insurers and service providers who help us run the business, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Government authorities where the law requires it — for example for tax, e-way bill or law-enforcement purposes.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How long we keep it
We keep booking, invoicing and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent you have given, subject to our legal obligation to keep certain records. Write to pioneertransport45@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Applicable law
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 to the extent it is in force.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
Grievances
Concerns about how we handle personal information can be raised with our grievance officer at pioneertransport45@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
